During a Reflexology treatment, our trained therapist will apply pressure to points on your feet, hands or ears. The pressure is usually firm and there may be some discomfort involved but it should not feel painful.
The number of sessions varies greatly from person to person and depends on the individuals needs and goals. Whilst you should feel a benefit to each and every session, it may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results and you may want to then continue with maintenance sessions.
