Enquiries

Enquiries can be made via email, phone, social media or through the website contact page. In order to be able to contact an individual, generally a name and means of communication is necessary, such as, a phone number and/or email address. We only use the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. You will not be added to any mailing lists, or contacted for any other purposes.

Bookings

If you decide to book an appointment, this can be done via phone (call or messaging), email, social media (direct messaging) or online through the online booking system.

At the point of booking we collect your name and contact details to enable us to book your appointment. For new clients, full payment is required upfront. If booking is made online, payment will be taken via Stripe. If booked directly a payment link will be sent to the email and/or phone number provided. We ask that deposit payment be least 48 hours prior to appointment to ensure completion of booking. This is to protect ourselves in event of a ‘no show’.

Prior to your first appointment you will be sent a consultation form to fill out. This is sent out prior to your appointment to save time to ensure you can experience as much as possible out of whatever service you have booked. It is up to you whether you print out the consultation form and fill in by hand or fill out digitally and send it back to us via email. All final consultation forms will be completed digitally and saved appropriately according to GDPR guidelines.

Email/Phone List

When you attend for an appointment and fill out your consultation form you have the option to provide your email address and phone number. This is how you opt-in to our email and phone list to receive email and text notifications of your appointments and if we send any email newsletters or updates.

You can contact us at any time if you wish for your email or phone number to be removed from the email list and you will stop receiving any email notifications including those for your appointments.

We never pass any details onto third parties or use it for any other purposes than to contact you about an appointment you have made or any questions you may have. Details may also be used to send newsletters or updates.
